To preserve the delicate Muscat fragrance which quickly loses its strength in the readymade beverage, the technologists of "Vinprom Karnobat" boil the rakia in special vessels equipped with silver filters. They retain the valuable Muscat notes of the distillate and purify it to perfection. The unique dogwood barrels in which the "Karnobatska Muscat Rakia" matures elegantly, accentuate the fragrance of Muscat Ottonel and enhance the taste with soft vanilla tones.
